CONSTRUCTION PROCESS AT ANSAKO
The quality of the project is carried out well from the beginning of survey and planning to the supervision of construction according to technical standards, which is a prerequisite for project quality.

STEP 1: SURVEY FACTORY RENOVATION REQUIREMENTS
After receiving a quote survey request from customers who are factory investors, ANSAKO will join the Construction team to survey the actual measurements as required at the factory.
STEP 2: PROJECT QUOTE
The company’s QS engineer will prepare a detailed quote for each work item according to the investor’s renovation requirements. Advise customers on options as well as develop the most suitable plan to ensure customer requirements with the minimum possible cost.
STEP 3: INVESTOR FINDS QUOTE - ISSUES PO
Once the quote is approved, the Investor will issue a PO for the factory renovation order. During this process, depending on each factory’s requirements, ANSAKO’s Development team will support contacting relevant agencies to carry out licensing procedures from the Industrial Park Management Board and Provincial Management Board. and Fire Police
STEP 4: SIGN THE CONTRACT

STEP 5: IMPLEMENT THE WORK
1. Before starting work at the factory, the Construction team will schedule a meeting with the investor to notify the plan, progress and construction plan with specific meeting minutes.
2. All workers and subcontractors according to the attached list learn each factory’s own Labor Safety requirements to serve construction work (depending on the Labor Safety requirements of each investor, the entire construction site). ANSAKO employees have been trained with certificates of Labor Safety, Climbing Safety, Master Skill Certificate, Welding and Cutting Certificate, Construction Insurance Card, Truck crane with inspection certificate…
3. After receiving the PO and signing the contract, depending on the scale of the renovation work or factory area, ANSAKO will simultaneously contact the Binh Duong Fire Prevention and Fighting Police to submit drawings for fire prevention and fighting permission. Construction of fire protection systems for factories according to the production needs of each Customer.
4. After receiving the Construction Permit from the Industrial Park Management Board, ANSAKO began renovation construction. During the construction process, if there is any need to transport debris, soil, and construction waste, ANSAKO will assist the investor in applying for a Transport License to gather outside in accordance with Industrial Park regulations.
5. Work related to taking down the Transformer Station or connecting the power supply to the factory will require the investor to have a Power of Attorney and Letter of Introduction for ANSAKO to contact Central Electricity to carry out related procedures and complete the work. Completed and accepted by Central Electricity according to standards.
6. When the renovation work is completed, ANSAKO will once again contact the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police to request a Fire Prevention Approval Certificate for the factory to go into operation, and a dispatch confirming acceptance. Fire protection system… These documents depend on the scale of the renovation work or the investor’s own requirements (similar to section 3).
STEP 6: COMPLETE THE WORK AND HANDOVER
Specific handover documents will include:
– Minutes of acceptance and handover of the project into use.
– Operation manual (large scale of renovation work).
– Construction permit from the Industrial Park Management Board.
– As-built drawings (large scale of renovation work).
– Fire protection equipment inspection records (depending on the Investor’s specific requirements).
– Fire Prevention Approval Certificate (depending on the scale of large renovation work and the Investor’s own requirements).
– Official Letter Confirming Acceptance of Fire Protection System (depending on the scale of large renovation work and the Investor’s own requirements).
– Factory grounding resistance measurement record (depending on the Investor’s specific requirements)
STEP 7: OPERATION AND WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS
Carry out plant operation and maintenance instructions before going into use. The document provides full warranty information and contact information for quick support when the Investor needs to contact.
